This is the first of the 5 Neighborhoods that will be the New Town of Longleaf
Sited on State Road 54 just West of New Port Richey. Longleaf follows the Model of the Great American Small Town, seeking to provide: All the Privileges and Necessities of Daily Life Within a Comfortable Walking Distance. Longleaf will feature detached houses, complemented by a mix of: attached single family houses and above-shop apartments along the Savannah Drive "main street" area. Longleaf respects the unique ecology of the Anclote River Basin, preserving more than 200 acres of Park and Preserve Area within its borders.
