Town of Lake Park 1998 TCRPC
387 Acres of "available" land just a 20 walk from Florida's Intracoastal Waterway (see cover).
This unusually large tract of excellently situated land is proposed by
the Citizens of Lake Park (in a Citizen Participation Charrette) as
Five new Urban Neighborhoods -- an expansion of the existing Town.
The extension of Congress Avenue is proposed (successfully)
as a true Avenue -- versus the original "freeway in the city" scheme.
