In the City of West Point, Clay County, Mississippi
Colfax Village is two new Neighborhoods, recently annexed into the City of West Point. Colfax follows the Model of the Great American Small Town, seeking to provide: All the Privileges and Necessities of Daily Life Within a Comfortable Walking Distance. Colfax will house 200 to 300 Citizens in a mix of: detached houses, fee-simple rowhouses, and townhouse flats in small multi-unit buildings or above shops. The Uptown section will provide a diversity of shops and offices that will cater to residents of the greater West Point area. Colfax will enhance the ecology of Colfax Creek, creating more than 4 acres of Park and Preserve Area in the heart of the Village.
